How do I get access to my course?

Once payment has been received, the course is unlocked in your customer account. If you pay by bank transfer, access is granted when the payment arrives. If you booked through an offer, we release the course seats as soon as you accept it. The invoice follows with a 14-day payment term. You will receive confirmation by email either way.

How long can I access the course?

Access remains valid for 60 days from activation. That is ample time to complete a safety instruction alongside day-to-day work.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. After you pass the final test, your certificate is available for download. Depending on the course, the certificate remains valid for 12 or 24 months. We will remind you in good time when a refresh is due.

What is the certificate number?

Every certificate carries a unique certificate number. It lets you confirm within seconds whether a presented certificate is genuine, for example during a site inspection or an audit.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer against an invoice. A card payment is confirmed straight away, a transfer counts once the money arrives. The methods available to you are shown during checkout. All prices include statutory VAT.

Can I withdraw from my order?

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that right expires if you expressly consent to early performance (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code). See the withdrawal policy for details.

We want to train an entire team. Is that possible?

Yes. For teams and companies we provide licence packages with centralised management of certificates of completion.
