Scope
This statement applies to QHSE Campus at qhse-campus.de, operated by 8.2 QHSE GmbH & Co. KG, Am Strande 18, 18055 Rostock. Last updated: September 2026.
The service
QHSE Campus is a web shop for digital self-paced training courses on quality, health, safety and environment. You pick a course from the catalogue, buy it in the browser and then work through it online. After passing the final test you receive a certificate carrying a certificate number whose authenticity can be confirmed on this website.
No special software is required: a current browser is enough, on a computer as much as on a phone. Buying requires a customer account. Companies can assign seats to their staff. The course material itself is delivered on our learning platform, which you reach from your account.
How we meet the requirements
The benchmark is the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and with it WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Implemented and continuously safeguarded are, among others: text alternatives for images, labelled form fields, marked-up page regions and a skip link to the content, a heading hierarchy without gaps, full keyboard operation, and a two-colour focus outline that stays visible on light and dark surfaces. The page language is declared, and the site works without time limits, without automatic motion and without flashing.

Known limitations
The automatically generated certificates in PDF format are not fully tagged. You can call up the information they contain at any time through the authenticity check as a web page, or request it from us.
The course material itself is delivered on our learning platform. The statement of its operator applies to it. Embedded interactive units are being reviewed step by step.
Preparation of this statement
The basis is a self-assessment: a review of the central pages against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, plus automated checks that run before every release. Last reviewed in July 2026.

Enforcement procedure
If our reply does not satisfy you, two routes are open to you, independently of contacting us.
Under Section 34 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) you may apply for conciliation at the conciliation body under Section 16(1) of the German Disability Equality Act: Schlichtungsstelle BGG, Mauerstraße 53, 10117 Berlin, info@schlichtungsstelle-bgg.de.
Under Section 32(1) BFSG you may also ask the market surveillance authority to take action against us.
